Return Policy
The deadline to request the return of a product is 15 working days from receipt of order.
Within that period, if the customer is not satisfied, you can request a refund of the amount paid for purchases made by contacting the Customer Service (SAC), pone +34 944744062 or via email. Cookplay will proceed to refund 100% of the price of the purchased product, less logistical costs for return. If the product is defective or non-conformity with the contract, the customer is entitled to return the product Cookplay assuming the cost of return.
In the event that the client detects a problem with the time of delivery of your order (damaged packaging, missing or damaged products) must indicate in writing on the carrier’s delivery note and contact us by phone or email with the SAC within receipt of order 24 hours.
Refunds may not take place in any case if the product is not shipped in perfect condition, properly protected, with all accessories, instructions and documentation and provided they have not been clearly put to use which prevents the product is in the same condition it was purchased.
The refund amount will be paid through the means of payment used to purchase and within a period not exceeding 30 days.
Cookplay not return the amount or perform any forwarding of goods until it has verified the receipt and status of packaging and accessories item being return or change in our warehouse.
In the event that the return requested by the user is not accepted by the supplier by understanding that the product whose return is intended not meet the conditions for return indicated in the present clause or had been used (provided that such use is not limited to the normal test to take a final decision on the purchase of the product), Cookplay returns the product to the customer, who must bear the dispatch costs.

Product warranty
​
The term product warranty is two years, as established by Law 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
If after 7 working days withdrawal period after delivery of the product, the user detects a defect in it, head to the SAC.
